Vibration simulation
CEVAA is a vibration simulation design office. We carry out vibration calculations of structures and systems.
Vibrations are a major source of problems for many mechanical systems. They can cause deterioration, wear, discomfort and noise. Manufacturers are aware that vibrations, whether due to transport or operating conditions, can significantly reduce the service life of their products.
Simulating vibrations under real operating conditions allows the calculation of stresses, force and acceleration spectra, and recommendations for improvements. It allows manufacturers to evaluate the vibration behavior of their systems and structures.
The objective of vibration calculation is to:
- Ensure optimal operation of a system
- Reduce manufacturing costs and product development time
- Limit product noise levels and avoid the risk of breakage
Vibration simulation by engineers
The CEVAA design office carries out vibration simulation to support manufacturers in assessing the strength of systems and structures.
We evaluate the vibration behavior of a mechanical system numerically using the finite element method. Indeed, we anticipate the constraints and displacements of a system or product before its final design.
In addition, we carry out a 3D simulation of vibration phenomena (breakage, vibration behavior, etc.) carried out on a vibrator following a loading application.
Our models also allow for a reduction in vibrations. Through our expertise in viscoelastic materials, we design effective and robust damping solutions.
We have powerful calculation software and extensive feedback from our teams.
