Thermal simulation

CEVAA is a thermal simulation and modeling design office. We carry out heat transfer calculations by conduction, convection and radiation.
Many materials can be subjected to significant temperature variations (rise in temperature or cooling). For systems composed of several materials, these constraints are the origin of several reliability problems (cracks, breakage, etc.).
Indeed, manufacturers often use thermal simulation to limit possible failures and predict the behavior of their systems.
Thermal simulation in design office
The CEVAA design office carries out thermal simulation to support manufacturers in the study and numerical simulation of thermal transfers of structures. We carry out calculations of thermal transfer by conduction, convection and radiation.
Our engineers estimate the deformations generated on a system during thermal stresses (related to its environment) that can lead to breakage. The goal is to determine the temperature distribution in a room or structure subject to heat flow. Also, different designs can be modeled to determine the most reliable concept.
Group 6NAPSE simulates high and low temperatures. The applications of our thermomechanical coupling models are numerous: electronic devices, machining processes, dissipation of mechanical energy, etc.
With our fire resistance simulations, we support the design of fire-resistant products by modeling them in a fire situation to validate compliance with the standards in force.
We have powerful calculation software and extensive feedback from our teams.
