What is CFD simulation ?

CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) is the study of fluid flows using numerical methods. The resolution is generally carried out by discretizing a volume of calculation into a mesh of a multitude of small elements (several million in certain cases).

CEVAA’s design office carries out computational fluid dynamics (CFD).

It is about simulation of dynamics with taking into account of fluidic flow. Indeed, our simulation engineers study the air flow or the airflow on a system.

These studies make it possible to characterize the fluid and thermal phenomena which directly influence the performance of the product. Thus, they accurately calculate air velocity, temperature, and gas concentrations for every point in space.
